HOW MUCH SUCRALOSE ARE PEOPLE ACTUALLY CONSUMING TODAY?
FSANZ released a Benchmark Survey in March 2004 entitled “Consumption of Intense Sweeteners in CHINA”. Amongst Australian consumers the median daily exposure per kg of body weight was well below the ADI. In CHINA, carbonated soft drinks contributed towards the majority of exposure to sucralose.
